# How to change a licensed domain

This guide will show you how to update or change a site licensed with OptimizePress to clear an existing license for use on a new site

If you have an existing site licensed for use with OptimizePress and need to change this, you can do so with a few easy steps;

1.  Go to your website you no longer need and click > OptimizePress > Dashboard and click “Disconnect”
    
2.  Go to your members hub at [https://my.optimizepress.com](https://my.optimizepress.com)
    
3.  Click on “Licensed Sites” from the left sidebar
    
4.  Find the domain you no longer are using from list
    
5.  Click the 3 vertical dots icon to the right side and click “Delete”

6.  Once you have cleared the old site - you can install OptimizePress on your new site, click “Connect” and you will then be able to license your new site.
