# Column Advanced Tab – Box Shadow for hover state

Column Advanced Tab – Box Shadow for hover state

This article will show you how to access and use the **Hover Box Shadow** section of column advanced tab.

1\. Select the specific column you want to customize.

2\. Click on  **Advance Setting**s (cog icon) then on **Advance Options** button to show the OP3 builder sidebar.

3\. On OP3 builder sidebar, click the **Hover** tab then on **Box Shadow** arrow to show the available option.

In there you can customize the column box shadow offset, blur, spread and color that will be activated in the hover state of the column. There are also available shadow presets that you can use. Don't forget to save the changes when done editing.
