To delay an element on your page, first select the element
Next, open the sidebar and choose "Animation & Delay"
You can then select the kind of trigger and animation you want
Trigger options
On Page Load - make your item animate on page load.
On Scroll To - animate your element as it appears on screen as user scrolls
On Page Load - delay your element from the time the page loads (this is the most common type of option for delaying your content)
Delay after scroll to - Start a delay after your element is scrolled to
