# Show Todays Date

Show Todays Date

If you need to show the date today on your WordPress pages, you can use a plugin such as

**
"Shortcode For Current Date" (by Imtiaz Rayhan)**

This plugin is available for free from the WordPress repository - just go to Plugins > Add New inside your WordPress site

If you install the plugin above, you can then use the following shortcode to insert todays date into your OptimizePress pages:

\[current\_date\]

Please see the plugin documentation for more information, we unfortunately cannot provide additional assistance with external plugins not developed by our team
