# How to use the Countdown Timer Element

How to use the Countdown Timer Element

This article will show you how to add a Countdown Timer element to your page.

1\. Open your OptimizePress 3 builder then click **Elements**.

2.On **General Elements** section, look for **Countdown Timer** then drag it to the area where you want to place the element.

Choose your desired Countdown Timer design.

Click the **Countdown Settings** icon to set the due date and configure the action after expiry.
