Add horizontal lines to your pages using the Horizontal Line element.
1) Open your page through OptimizePress 3 Builder and look for the Horizontal Line element from the (+) elements sidebar area.
2) Drag the Horizontal Line element to the side where you would want to insert it.
3) Customize the element to your own preference using the edit option
