# Optin Forms – Connect with service (Smart Theme v3)

Optin Forms – Connect with service (Smart Theme v3)

This article will walk you through the steps on how to integrate your Email Marketing Services to use in your SmartTheme v3 Optin Forms.

**Note:** Ensure you have the **OptimizeBuilder** installed, updated and activated. The OptimizeBuilder will handle the integration setting. 

 1) Go to OptimizePress3 >> Integrations.

2) Click **Add New Integration** button.

3) Select the integration service you would want to add and follow through the integration process.

4) Once you have integrated your email service provider, go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Optin Forms >> Integration Settings to setup your SmartTheme v3 Optin Forms.
