# Homepage Hero with Video (Smart Theme v3)

Homepage Hero with Video (Smart Theme v3)

This article will show you how to add a video into your homepage hero/blog homepage. Please note that this feature only allows you to use embed code video

1\. Go to your WP-dashboard >> Appearance >> Theme Option >> Blog >> Homepage hero.

2\. On the Homepage hero section, toggle "**ON**" the homepage hero:  

3\. Go to "**Hero Layout**" >> click on dropdown option and select video:

4\. On the **video layout** section, go to Video Embed Code area and add or paste your embed code video:

To set the alignment of your homepage video, go to **Video Align** and select or choose your video alignment display:
