OptimizeMentor Email Settings

The Email Settings here are for the email templates that OptimizeMentor will send, such as the “Account Created” email. These emails are used when manually adding users, or adding users through the use of the OptimizeMentor Inbound API, including SamCart and ThriveCart integrations.

To edit these settings, just navigate to “Mentor > Settings > Email Settings”

Email From “Name” and “Email” Settings

The first option there is to edit the “From name” and “From email” that will be used when any emails are sent from OptimizeMentor. If you change these, just click the blue “Save email settings” button.

Choose Email Template to Edit

You can also edit any email templates that are sent by OptimizeMentor (currently only one). Just select the email template, and then modify it how you like. Click the blue “Save Template” button when you are done.

Once you select an email to edit, you’ll see the template populate below the template seleciton.

Once you are finished editing, be sure to click the “Save Template” button.
