Video autoplay not working

You may have noticed we have an option to set your videos to autoplay inside our video player element.

This option will set the video to autoplay (this means it will start when the page is loaded) – however in recent years we have found that most browsers now block autoplay videos from starting by default.  This means you will find your videos do not autoplay in most scenarios when you use this setting.

The only way to make a video consistently work with autoplay is to mute the video.  This means if you have a silent video that you can potentially loop on the page, it will autoplay on your page as long as you set the mute setting on the video player.

Unfortunately this is not something that we can change or fix from our side, this is a change that most browsers have implemented on their side to improve overall web browser
