Creating a course in OptimizeMentor is a great way to keep membership content organized while also building an easy to navigate solution to take members from the first lesson all the way through to the end of the course. You can build as many courses as you want, and these courses can be broken down into Chapters, Modules, and Lessons using the course builder.
To add a new course, just navigate to “Mentor > Courses” where you’ll see the below screen. Click the blue “Create New Course” button.
You’ll see the following screen. Just choose a template for the main course page.
Next, you’ll be able to name the course, write a course description, as well as choose an image for your course. Note that the course slug is pre-filled when you name the course, but you can edit this as well if you like. After you are done, simply click the blue “Create Course” button at the bottom.
Now that your course is created you’ll see a green “Course Saved” notice in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Now you can add your course content by clicking the blue “Add New Content” button.
When you do that, you’ll be prompted to choose the type of content to create. A lesson, Modules, or Chapter. You’ll select a template and then be able to edit the lessons, modules, and chapters in the OptimizeBuilder.
