In this tutorial, we’re going to show you how you can quickly cancel a recurring payment inside your OptimizeCheckouts dashboard.
Please Note: Cancelling a recurring payment will not refund the customer and will only cancel future payments.
First, go to OptimizeCheckouts > Recurring Payments.
You will be taken to a list of all of your active recurring payments.
Find the recurring payment you would like to cancel and click the Details button beside it.
You will be taken to the customer’s order details. Click the blue Cancel button underneath your customer’s name and email address.
A popup lightbox will appear to confirm the cancellation. Click the red Yes, Cancel Order button.
The recurring payment should now be cancelled for that customer and will see a Cancelled notification to confirm cancellation.
