We have an issue we are working to resolve with the OptimizeUrgency plugin which means your icons may not show in the popup alerts
We are working for a fix for this – and will patch this very soon
Temporary Workaround
To fix this issue, use a plugin like “Header footer code manager” and add this code to the header of your pages:

You will need to also add this plugin in the Styles and scripts screen to be enabled on the front end of your site.
