TUTORIAL AIM: In this tutorial we will cover how you get customer support.
To get to the customer support area, you will have 2 ways to access it:
The first is through the tutorials area. Click on the tutorials section followed by the tutorial category. You will be shown a list of all the tutorials in that category with a box to the left of the section to contact customer support.
The second way is through clicking on the ‘Account‘ link on the main menu, then selecting the ‘Support‘ option on the submenu dropdown.
Clicking on this will take you through to the customer support area with 2 options to choose from. The ‘Fast Start Tutorials‘ and the ‘Troubleshooting‘ options.
Clicking on the ‘Troubleshooting‘ option will take you through to a ticket submission form allowing you to send a ticket to our customer support staff.
