Unknown error when trying to load the OptimizeBuilder
This issue can be caused by permalinks not being set correctly…
If you do not have your permalinks set to the “Post name” setting – our Builder and other features will NOT load
This setting is required in order for successful operation of the OptimizePress Builder
To fix this issue go to
WordPress > Settings > Permalinks and switch to “Post Name”
Save the settings
Your editor should now load
