“Lazy Load / Lazy Loading” plugins can affect this functionality. Specifically Lazy Loading options for iframes or video can affect videos on your pages.
Please check your site by disabling other plugins and see if this fixes the issue

iframe inside the Lazy Load settings for the Smush plugin – this should fix the issue on your OptimizePress3/OptimizeBuilder pages.
