Error when clicking ‘Connect’

If you are trying to license/connect your site after installation, you may find that when clicking the ‘Connect’ button you are taken to your homepage or your process does not follow the process shown in our training videos…

This can often be caused by an external plugin interfering with the redirect process which takes you to our authentication server.

Check whether you have any 404 Redirect or other Redirect plugins active on your site, and if possible, temporarily disconnect these while you connect up your OptimizePress site.  Once the authentication connection is made (takes only a few seconds) you can re-enable those plugins and your site should function as normal
