MailerLite Integration

MailerLite is a popular email marketing tool that allows you to capture leads from your website. In this guide, you will learn how to integrate your MailerLite email marketing tool with OptimizePress 3.0.

Part 1: Get Your MailerLite API Key/Token

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the MailerLite API key to function fully. This means if you get any errors during the integration process in Step 2 of this guide, you should wait between 12 and 24 hours to try it again. This seems to happen more with new MailerLite accounts, however MailerLite has not been able to find any cause for this on their end.

In order to get the Mailerlite API Key/Token, you need first to log in to your Mailerlite account. To do that, go to https://www.mailerlite.com/ and click “Log in”.

Once logged in, you will be directed to your dashboard. On the left hand side of your screen, go to “Integrations” to access the Mailerlite API Key/Token area.

Under the Mailerlite API section, click the “Use” button to access the Developer API area.

Click the button as shown in the screenshot below to start the process of generating the Mailerlite API Key/Token.

Enter the API Key/Token name (this can be any name you want to use) and then just click the Create token button.

Once the API Key/Token has been generated, copy the code or you may download the file. This is needed in integrating your Mailerlite account to OptimizePress.

Part 2: Integrating MailerLite with OptimizePress

Once you have the Mailerlite API Key/Token, the next step to do is to integrate this to your OP3 site.

Go to the “OptimizePress” section then click “Integrations” and “Add New Integration”.

A list of email provider services that OP3 has an integration will then pop-up. Scroll down or use the search bar to look for Mailerlite.

Click the “Enter Credentials” button and then add the Mailerlite API Key/Token in the box provided. Do not forget to hit the “Add New Integration” button

After, a notification will show stating that the Mailerlite integration has been successful.

Now that you have successfully integrated with MailerLite, you may now use this integration in the following locations in OptimizePress:
